Vintage Redware Scottie Dogs w/ Green Bows Bookends (pair)

This is a vintage bookend set, adorned with a pair of charming Scottie dogs with the cutest bright green bows! Made in Japan during the 1950s, these beauties are in fantastic shape and were very well taken care of. A small chip on one of the green bows is the extent of "damage". The red ceramic has been glazed in a shiny black all over, with details on both the books and the pups then cold-painted with gold.

These pups are perfect for the dog lover, even more perfect for the Scottie dog lovers, but really for anyone who loves vintage cuteness will love these two cuties.
