Intricate Vintage Crewel Embroidery in Beautiful Frame

What a beauty. Someone spent a lot of time on this piece of art and it deserves to be hanging on someone's wall. The subject is a cottage with a path surrounded by lovely foliage and flowers. Every thread was carefully placed. The frame is heavy and has this lovely decorative carving on the corners. The backside reads (i think) "Finished 11-4-41 Gladys W Morgan (not sure if I am reading the year correctly as it's handwritten, but I believe it says "41").

No flaws to note.
